  • Bradshaw batted first and its opening pair made light work of NVCC’s opening bowlers, Adersh Maqsood and club captain Bernie Peacock, by putting on 32 runs for the first wicket in only 5.4 overs.
  • A stunning direct-hit run-out by NVCC American player Tyler Nethaway did little to stem the flow of Bradshaw runs as the match swung in the hosts’ favor by a fine innings from Gaurav, who hit an impressive 73 runs off just 41 balls that included six fours and four sixes.
  • Napa Valley was hosted by Malibu Cricket Club and the match at Woodley was played in excellent spirits with social cricket to the fore.
  • The NVCC is a 501©4 IRS designated nonprofit with the purpose of establishing and running an amateur cricket club in the Napa Valley to further the social enjoyment and development of cricket and associated events within the area.
